My fience' and I went into the store in need of a queen size box sping. We were doing shopping around and I believe as a consumer you have the right to do so. We walked in and the guy who appeared to be running the store was on the phone. So we walked around browsing what was on the sales floor. He motioned us over to a mattress set as he set a "sale" sign on it. well.. ok. He asked hwo he could help while still on the phone talking with a customer, I stated what we were looking for and then of course with him already trying to assist a customer on the phone he
