My husband and I seperately have experienced poor customer service at the store everytime from lack of knowledge of the products, misinformation, staff moodines and a "disinterest like" attitude in assisting customers, the amount of time waiting for productsto come in, yet quickly came in when I had to get persisitant and somewhat rude pressing for answers. If there were a dealer other than this store, we would DEFINATELY go elsewhere!!!!!! We dread having to use this store........
