bought 2 helicopters for x-mas. One works fine, the other has intermitten problems with: remote control in down (off) position, copter still takes off; tail rotor not working correctly, copter won't go forward or back; and pin came out of main rotor shaft (I fixed that). Went to exchange (within 2 week period), told to come back when the "two guys" are there the next day. Couldn't at the time. went back about 5 days later and the salesman says copter is fine; doesn't know how to do an exchange or refund. Then won't do either; a
