This company was created by Carrington Mortgage to sell their assets along with an escrow company by same name. The problem is that instead of hiring experienced brokers they promoted lenders to this position. This new brokers have years of experience in lending but none in selling real estate or managing a brokerage. They hire agents with the promise of giving them listings but pay only a minimal fee for performing tasks and don't really give them the asset to manage. The territory Mgrs keep control of the listing and agents are told not to get involved when selling
