This is the worst experience I have ever had with a window replacement. They came to my place of business and put in a defective window. There were glass shards and gouges in my dash after the replacement. They didn't want to replae the window, but after reporting them to the Better Buiness Bureau, they offered to replace the window. The same technician came out to replace the window, and put so much black glue around the window, it oozed onto the material covered window panel.
