Purchased a plate puller from them which would not fit my MA license plate. MG knew these were made for NY plates and sold it to me anyway even after one of the sales peeps came out to help me with mounting the frame to my bike. After I realized it wouldn't work I immediately returned and it and they offered me a store credit. $65.00. I had no use for this. I simply wanted a refund to my credit card.
