My first experience with Thomas's was satisfactory - I brought in an embroidery machine for tune up in the fall 2010. Service was fast, cost was reasonable. I did have to bring it back as soon as I got it home because it wasn't working properly, but it was fixed while I waited. unfortunately, the 2nd time I brought in my machine, my experience was less than satisfactory.
