I have been a mikes customer on and off for about 2 years. They have great pizza. The problem comes in with their delivery services and TERRIBLE customer service. I've given them many chances but today was the last straw when I called and asked the girl if they were making deliveries today (it's not a consistent schedule) and she said yes. I said ok I'd like to place an order then. She took the order, asked my name and # but that was it. Assumed she had my address in a database since she didn't ask for it. 50 min later, no pizza.
