been going to this hair salon for yrs. y? cuz They have never failed me and I used to go to Barbara. recently I did a curly perm for the 3rd time at this place and it came out horrible! $80 for half straight half curly hair. I went back to let them know and was offered a free haircut that did nothing to make the straight parts curly. as a matter of fact I was so confident in them that my friend did a curly perm with me and her hair is practically straight. Jessica and Jocelyn....what happened?
