I had a very very bad experience with this attorney. Do not use him. He would not return my phone calls or email messages even though we were in a very critical phase of a 1031 exchange. He mishandled my 1031 so I almost had to pay taxes of a significant amount of proceeds. He was much much more expensive than led me to believe. He is baaad news!
