We love going to ABD! My son is almost ready to graduate from little dragons to karate kids. My daughter is about a year away from her black belt. The kids instructors take the time to get to know th kids and try to help them achieve their personal goals as they move through the ranks. I love kickboxing classes at the most fun an energizing workouts I have ever had. I look forward to each class
