When we bought a new home last year, one of the first things we decided to do was have our bath tub refinished. It was outdated. And pink. Very pink. We used American Bath to refinish our tub. Huge mistake. They assured us that the refinishing process would leave us with a durable, long-lasting new surface for our tub and shower. And for the first couple of months, it looked great. Then the trouble began. The tub started peeling, and bubbling, and cracking. We called to let them know, and a week later they sent someone out to "fix" it.
