Would give negative stars if I could. I received a call 3 days ahead of my appointment where they left a message confirming my appointment and they asked if I could call to update my insurance info. I called the next day and got an answering machine. Didn't want to leave my personal info on their answering machine I called back on the day of my appointment to give them the insurance info ahead of time. The girl who answered said my appointment was cancelled because I needed to give them the insurance info at least 3 days before the appointment so they can confirm it.
