Most massage therapists do a standard routine over an hour where they spend a few minutes in each area and the goal is relaxation. This is fine if you want to relax. When I go to the Massage Gallery and explain that my shoulders hurt or my calves are tight, Gwen will really focus on that area and I see results. She has trained in many different therapies so no massage is ever the same.
