If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service from business owner Jess Aragon. Bought a (overpriced) Christmas tree at Treeland that started to die 2 days later (despite cutting a 1 inch section off of the bottom within 30 minutes of placing it in water, treating the water with their "preservative", and watering daily). When we contacted Mr. Aragon regarding this issue, he became incredibly defensive, yelled at us, and said it was a care issue and our fault. Not a single effort on his end to reach a reasonable resolution with us. No ref
