Last night I used their website to email a request for a technician & once it was submitted it told me I would be contacted shortly. After an hour of not hearing anything, I called & was told I would have a technician call me in a few minutes & to stay by the phone. Two hours later I called again because I still hadn't heard from anyone. The girl put me on hold & called the technician. When she got back on she told me that the technician was finishing up a job & would come out to me as soon as he was done & that he would call in just a minute. I finally got
