Unfriendly rude people at this business told me not to use their facility because I could not find a trash can in the room and left some tissue on the table which fell accidentally on the floor. I would not recommend this business to any of my family and friends unless they improve their customer service to the point that they respect and appreciate their customers. I had invested close to $2,400 total in 4 years and this is how they treat a long term customer. There are many other spas in Granbury that are friendly where you will get your money's worth!
