I dropped off two good suits (Barney's and Donna Karan). Only the jackets came back to me. (They hang jackets and pants separately.) After stopping by the laundry many times, calling the owner repeatedly, and taking the jackets in for inspection twice (the process took months), I was finally told that they didn't believe they could have lost them, and they could do NOTHING for me. Not even a week's free dry cleaning. Nada. Zilch. I have two jackets that look odd worn as sport coats. I'll just give them to Goodwill and be out more than 1000 bucks. STAY AWAY. Don't trust them
