The plastic on the earpiece of my glasses broke the day I was flying to Europe and my travel companion ran my glasses over to Cohen's to see if they could quickly fix the part. They said they would do it immediately. She waited, they gave her a pair of glasses which she popped into the case and returned to me. I was wearing my spare pair and put the case with the fixed glasses in my handbag. My bag was never out of my hands and when I reached my destination, I opened the case and they were NOT my glasses. I assumed their was a mix up and returned to the store at
