DONOT BUY A SCHEMBRI HOME! They do not construct sound homes. We had a home inspector as well as an engineer go through our home with a fine tooth comb and found that it was never built to cod or stable to live in. THey paid off the town inspector...use every lawyer in town so that it would be a conflict of interest for them to represent you in a lawsuit and take off and change their name after finishing the development. Poor construction. Investigated by the NYS Attorney General. BAD PEOPLE STAY AWAY!!!!!!
