I've been looking for a class that wasn't Karate or kickboxing for a while now and I'm happy to say I've found it with Filipino Kali! I love every class that I'm taking at Progressive Martial Arts in New York. I'm getting fitter, stronger and more agile, I've lost weight and I feel more confident than ever before and know that I can protect myself now. I can't recommend Progressive Martial Arts NY highly enough. Try Kali for yourself and I guarantee you'll love it.
