What a nightmare. Drury Property does not use proper background checks on clients. They let people into my property that had 4 other legal judgements (lawsuits) against them from previous landlords. The people trashed my property and I had to pay over 7 grand to have it put back the way it was. If you use Drury Property for anything, you will be very sorry. The BBB could not get them to arbitrate or mediate my case. Check the BBB, they are still under review because of my case. It's been a nightmare. You do not want to use this business.
