My Samsung TV made a clicking sound and didn't turn on after 3 years of use. Like most I googled the problem and found this was a common problem. So common that my 52" model was included in an class-action suit against Samsung. The settlement was Samsung offered free repair. I call the settlement number and they took down my info and say a authorized service center will call me within 2 days to schedule the repair. I received a call a day later from Home Service Network, Inc in Great Neck. I googled them and found the one prior review and was a little concerned.
