We were promised by the salesperson that our stuff will arrive safely and he re-emphasized that the doors for my beautiful brand new stainless steel fridge will be takes off so that it doesn%u2019t get scratched. He also stated that when accidents do happen which we understand that they do%2C that he has people he knows who can fix things so that his customers are satisfied. Unfortunately we believed him.
