This is not even a real Sprint store. It's a "third-party" store. I went in to see if they could fix a problem with my memory card. The girl behind counter took my phone and while attempting to open it, broke it! She had no idea how to open it, muchless fix it. It would not even turn on! I was then told I could buy an old, used phone from them! I said I wanted my phone working, as it was when I entered their store! Then, a real HOTHEAD named Danielle comes from back room and tells me to take to Celteks to repair. No, the Sprint store was not paying
