We called them out on a Sunday making it clear that our pit was overflowing. The guy who pumped it showed up clearly on some sort of stimulant drug. Upon digging up the septic access, they broke our water main and our sprinkler lines and said they would fix it but who would want an unlicensed plumber working on their water main to their home? My husband helped them dig actually doing most of the digging. The price went from $225 to $375 with a whopping $95 "digging" charge added to it. Rediculous! They did not fix the water main, my husband is a licensed plumber thank god,
