Dealt with Ken by e-mail. After a couple of e-mails talked to him in person. Seem like a nice enough guy. Ordered parts on the 30th of June. Talked to him on July 6th to trace parts, fed me a line about UPS not running on the 2nd. Parts should have been sent before the 2nd. He gave me tracking number and parts were shipped the 6th. The day I called. Don't expect good customer service here.
