Terribly deceptive business practices. Local clubs take payments but can't cancel memberships. Requires a certified letter mailed to corporate. Personal trainers are a joke. Very inflexible with scheduling. Personal training contract auto-renews even though you are sold a contact for a specified period of time. Locker room smells terible all the time. Items stolen out of lockers with locks.
