Zips in Gambrills lost my high quality wool pants. I turned my pants in six weeks ago to be re-lined and dry cleaned. One month later, after I repeatedly stopped by to pick them up, Zips staff finally admitted to me that the lady who was supposed to sew my pants had gone to Mexico for a family emergency without notifying anybody or returning my pants. In addition, Zips staff claims that nobody at her house speaks enough English to communicate with them to relocate the pants.
