We have tried this salon twice. The first time, the woman who cut my daughter's hair did not seem to understand English so we showed her a picture. Throughout the haircut we kept saying, "no!" and showing her the picture. She seemed to totally ignore us and ruined my daughter's hair. We decided to try again, just in case it was a fluke. We took my granddaughter in. Different stylist, same result! I have never been so angry or so disappointed at a haircut in my life.
