I bought what was supposed to be a new motor scooter from DCI in October 2013, for $1200. I paid the full asking price without haggling, including an extra $200 for an installed radio other dealers sell for $50. From the beginning there were delays. The scooter started having a problem with acceleration after about 2 weeks. Daryl wouldn't look at it, said it was "bad gas", "it needs oil" or a "it must be a spark plug".
