I am a Chef and have over 25 years in the fine dining area of the restaurant business. I have been eating at Longhorn Steakhouse since they opened in the 80's in Atlanta. No chef would ever say a monkey can cook a steak. It takes over 2 years to be a good grill cook. Longhorn only adds a lemon butter to their finished steak but does offer different promo's with different sauces so you should know if you want a good grilled steak don't order the promo.
