Review
I do NOT recommend Lara Tull for anything much less Endodontist work. When i made the appointment her staff couldn't tell me if she took bcbs insurance. Yet they asked details about my bcbs as if they did accept it. When i arrived at my appointment I was asked for my insurance card and ID, to which they took and copied and gave back, yet still did not verify that they took bcbs, didn't deny it either. I had to fill out some paperwork and on the form that indicates whether you agree to the billing/payment terms i made a note that i only wanted to be seen if TULL ac
