We like Happy Paws in general, but we are extremely displeased with their customer service and client communication on a serious outage of their webcam services. They heavily market in their advertising, brochures, website, classifieds, and vans that their webcams are a marquee feature of their dog care service. Since August 2008 these webcams have been out-of-service and they have not corrected the problem at all.
