3 strikes an you're out! I sent an email requesting a quote on 25 March, and got one from Jennifer. I replied and asked if I needed a reservation or to make a down payment, she never replied. On 1 April I called and asked about the tires. I was told the could have them in 2 days and they'd give me a call. They didn't call. I called again on the 8th, spoke to Bill, explained the history.
