Very poor customer service. I purchased furniture grade cherry plywood. Usually this product is handled very carefully due to expense and it's purpose. The bottom sheet in my order was gouged by a forklift. Did not notice until back at the shop. They said they would have a replacement along with some additional wood by mid-next week. I let them know this could impact my schedule to my customer. I called on the agreed day and found they had not even ordered the wood yet and wouldn't until they reached a min order amount.
