If I could have rated a zero star rating I would have. I had the worst experience at Maddy's carwash. The rear wiper was snapped off at the metal arm going through the automatic carwash. The company does not put the standrd plastic sleeve on the rear wipers. Which very well could have helped avoid the issue. The attendant was unable to help me and gave me the owners business card. The attendant retrieved my mangled wiper blade and arm from the bay. He told me this hasn't happened in years then quickly changed his story to it not happening in a few months. I left my
