This is just to answer a review put on here by a consumer. He stated that he had visited my shop several times in the past few years, that is totally wrong! It had been so long that his name had been removed from my management software. He came in complaining , I told him UP FRONT that there would be a charge for diagnosis, and when I found that his concerns were from work performed at another shop, he complained because he had to pay. He and one of my employeees had a difference of opinion and complained about having to pay. I called , he got mad and I returned
