I moved into Avalon for about 8 hours before moving all my boxes back out. Lynn B was my salesperson. What I expected to be a clean and ready unit was a nightmare. A few issues: windows were either broken or screeched so loud when opened that the people at the train station could hear, rust in the vents in the bathroom, corrosion on the sprinkler heads, worn and crunchy beige carpeting, and an unpleasant peach tile in the bathroom that was cracked and moldy in the grout.
