Worst mistake I ever made was living at Pavilion Lakes. We received fees after fees that they don't tell you about when you move in. They will promise you the world when you move in and then they stick the fees to you after that. The management staff is horrible and the maintenance crew is even worse. You will definitely receive some type of charges when you move out. I haven't found one person that moved out of this place and wasn't charged for some type of damages and most of these charges were very expensive! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
