Review
Tom arrived early to a 75 year old historic home in NW Portland. He was thorough, informative and saved us thousands of dollars in repair work we didn't know was there. The report was color 35 pages that documented all work needed on home. I felt comfortable with his findings as he had been a home builder & remodeler for the past 17 years.
