Called to service my fridge. He said he couldn't tell what was wrong--all without even inspecting it! I asked him to at least clean the coils. He used one of MY dishtowels to DUST the rear of the fridge. (Charge: $50!!) %A0He had no tools with him and came dressed more like a salesman than a repairman.
