I had smoke backing out of my woodstove and could'nt figure out why. I went to CSIA.org and found the Randy the Chimney Doctor he was certified and the most educated at Chimney Saftey Instutite. I called and sch'ed an appointment (next day) Randy and his helper diagnoised the problem within 30 mins (ice and debris) at the top of the chimney. They not only cleaned the top but all the way into the woodstove. They were there about an hour and a half and when they left I didnt even know they were there except that my woodstove no longer was spilling smoke into
