I would recommend Loren's to anyone anytime. I had to be out of town for 3 weeks and had little time to deal with details. Visited the ins adjuster and then Loren. He took care of all the details, kept me informed and called wihen finished. He found a great solution and the price was favorable. He worked out any loose ends with ins adjuster and my vehicle was ready and good as new when I returned. This guy cares about customer service. Hope I never have to go back but if I need this service, Loren's is where I'll go.
