Doug the technician showed up on time.(9:00AM on a Saturday). He cleaned 7 rooms and sofa. He was extremely meticulus in his work as he brought many corner guards, towels and drop cloths to protect our hardwood floors. He even swept the entrance after he completed the cleaning. The results were tremendous and the sofa and most rooms were dry before he left. I highly recommend Ontario Carpet Care to anyone!
