This mobile home park only does rent to own. Charging 35,000 on average for a quickly redone mobile home that is only redone on the surface. The electrical outlets start popping out of the walls and you can feel the cold drafts blowing through them, On the lease it says you are getting a new furnace, that is until your furnace catches on fire and you learn its actually 10 years old. The floors structure isnt redone its only carpeted over and there are people who sell weed in the park causing questionable traffic. I was going to buy one of there trailers, that is unt
