Excellent Service doesn't come close to telling the story of what happened! When we lost our transmission coming over the mountain just before Middletown, NY, we needed to get our 40 ft 5th wheel to the Black Bear Campground in Florida, NY. It was raining that day and most of the trucks were busy with wrecks and unavailable. It was with great relief that Charles Hockenberry called after being contacted by one of the other local tow companies. I asked Charles if he could tow a 40 ft. 5th wheel to the campground at Florida and he said "no problem. I can do that!" Boy
