Review
When I called to make an appointment, I asked for a certain stylist. Apparently the receptionist was having a bad day because she was completely rude to me. Therefor I asked for the name or number of a Boss or Manager and I got a handful of insults, name calling, and threats thrown my way. Then when I asked for HER name, to report the Manager there, she hung up. I've been getting prank phone calls ever since, and I know it is her. Do NOT go to "One step above", customer service is unbelievable and there quality of work isn't worth it!
