I called and asked to schedule an oil burner service and the guy Dennis took my information and asked "How much" and I said "No I don't need oil, I wanted to schedule an oil burner service" and he said he couldn't help me with a laugh that implied I was an idiot wasting his time and he told me that I asked for oil when I most certainly didn't and he rattled off another number to call and in the middle of me asking "who is that number for?" he rudely hung up. A complaint email to the company was replied with a very crude remark. Unbelievable customer
