The reason for 1 star is due to Zero stars being available. I had windows and siding replaced in 2010. I paid top dollar did not negotiate price in hopes of receiving quality work. I had to call them back 3 time to re-caulk windows, repair J channel on siding which they said was not causing leak in my kitchen. They refused to fix it saying it is ok. I went to store and fixed it myself. No more leak in my kitchen since then. The aluminium around windows is crooked. I called them back 2 weeks ago due to leak in my extension. Again due to J channel and flashing not installed
